Little Miss Lounge Ensemble play the East Coast Vintage Vixens Summer Social Cocktail Hour.
Event Overview: Thurs night pre-party, Friday Pool Party and Burlesque Show, Sat classic car show, cocktail hour and The Vixens Ball
☆Check-in table opens 5pm Thursday
☆ Thursday night Vixen Mix and Mingle from 7:00 to 10:00 in the Minuteman Grille. Enjoy Karaoke with DJ Katie. If you’re single and ready to mingle, you’ll get a glow bracelet so others know you’re open to meeting someone new!
☆Indoor vendors in the Cotillion Room. Friday 12-6 and Saturday 9-6
☆ Pool Party will be held at the indoor pool on Friday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with live surf music, best dressed contest, cash bar, passed hors d'oeuvres and more!
☆Burlesque show - doors at 9:00, show 9:30 to 11:00 in the Colonial room. (This is a limited ticket add-on for weekender ticket holders only)
☆The Hot Rod Hop - pre 70s classic car show held outside on Saturday from 9:00-2:00. Indoor and outdoor vendors, 50/50 raffle, Inflatable Race, Twisted Vixen Tricycle Race, Summer Social Sweetheart pinup pageant, Vixen's pick award, cash bar/concessions, and live music TBA.
☆Cocktail Hour 4:30pm to 6pm in the atrium with a live band TBA. Prom style photos from Vintage Girl Studios, and selfie stations. (Drinks served in the Minuteman Grille)
☆The Vixens Ball will be 6:00 to 10:30 Saturday evening in the Grand Ballroom. A sit down dinner will be served starting at 6:30 p.m
This year's menu: ~ Garden Salad and rolls ~ Stuffed Chicken or Baked Haddock, both served with glazed carrots and redbliss mashed potatoes ~ Chocolate layer cake (There is a Vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy free, option available as well)
☆Photo opps, Cash bar, DJ and dancing, King / Queen of the Ball contest.
☆Saturday night room crawl hosted by the Pinup Society, starting at 11:30
☆Photoshoots available both Friday and Saturday by appointment with Hellcat A-Go-Go Studios. Sets TBA.
☆Retro Beauty by Bombshells will be taking appointments for anyone interested in having makeup and hair done.
